The Stonewall Democrats of NYC is proud to endorse Kamala Harris for President of the United States, and committed to working to elect her this November.

Vice President Kamala Harris has been a leader in fighting for LGBTQ rights throughout her career. From standing up for the right of same sex couples to marry as California’s Attorney General to her key role in many of the the Biden-Harris Administration’s landmark achievements protecting trans rights and advancing LGBTQ equality, Kamala Harris has been a powerful and effective leader on LGBTQ rights.

Special Presidential Endorsement Meeting

In light of President Biden’s selfless announcement this weekend that he will not seek a second term, SDNYC will be having a special meeting on July 31st to endorse the Democratic Nominee for President of the United States. Stonewall Democrats Statement Thanking President Biden for His LGBTQ Record

July 21, 2024 - Today, the Stonewall Democrats of NYC thank President Biden for his decades of leadership on LGBTQ issues, and commend his selfless decision not to seek a second term. President Biden has led with compassion, moral clarity and incredible effectiveness as the Biden-Harris Administration has passed landmark advances for LGBTQ people, from protecting trans rights, codifying marriage equality, and more. SDNYC will honor President Biden’s model of dedication to the America people and commit to ensuring that Democrats win in November, and the work to achieve LGBTQ equality will continue to move forward.

March in NYC Pride with SDNYC & Out for Biden-Harris

President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris have led the most pro-LGBTQ administration in history. With so much on the line, Stonewall Democrats of NYC is thrilled to be joined by Out for Biden-Harris for the NYC Pride March, where we will celebrate the advances in LGBTQ+ rights under President Biden, and make sure our community is engaged and dedicated to re-electing him in the fall!
