Rally to Oppose President's Repeal of Protections for Transgender & Gender Non-Conforming Students

Club Announcement: SDNYC Elects New Club Leadership

Last night, SDNYC elected new Club leadership for 2017. Please join us in congratulating SDNYC’s new President Rose Christ; Executive Vice President Robert Atterbury; Vice Presidents Bryan Ellicott & Melanie La Rocca; Treasurer Rod Townsend; and Secretary Jimmy Rivera!

This Saturday, SDNYC will join Equality NY, Lambda Independent Democrats, Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club, and other groups TBA at the Women's March on New York City. In marching on Saturday, SDNYC is seeking to highlight the many priorities championed by both the LGBTQI Community and the Women's Rights Movement and to re-enforce our deeply held belief that our voices are loudest and our advocacy most effective when diverse stakeholders work collaboratively to demand equality and respect for all.
